Alliance Health Group is seeking a Case Manager for its nursing home portfolio in North Carolina!
Duties:
- Obtaining and submitting extenstions of authorizations
- Tracking length of stay and trends
- Accurately document and submit medical records of managed care patient
- Closing cases upon patient discharge
Requirements:
- LPN perferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in LTC setting
- Knowledge of managed care products, medical terminology, and proficiency with computer skills needed
