Alliance HCM is currently hiring for a full-time Major Accounts Executive - Business Development Coordinator to oversee and conduct software sales in the Tampa, FL area. This customer service position earns a competitive salary of $75,000/year plus a generous commission-based structure.

DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time software sales rep position typically works a flexible schedule. This position also includes 5-10% travel to trade shows and client businesses, with 1 week of onsite training per year.

As a Major Accounts Executive - Business Development Coordinator, you're responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of the sales cycle. This includes self-generating leads, qualifying prospects, identifying client needs, closing sales, and ensuring a smooth transition from the proposal process to successful onboarding and integration. You aggressively seek out opportunities to develop new leads and schedule initial appointments to present our services to business owners in person. Through in-person meetings, you prepare and present proposals to convert leads into new business deals.

Additionally, you close sales and transition new clients to onboarding. You then conduct follow up with new clients to ensure they're satisfied with our services and see if they have any questions or concerns. Your exceptional customer service skills help our company continuously grow, and you take great pride in knowing you serve in such an important software sales role!

REQUIREMENTS FOR A MAJOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Candidates with experience working at a payroll company such as Paychex, UKG, Paylocity, Paycom, or iSolved would make a great fit!

The requirements for the position are:

  • 2 years of proven sales experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills
  • Strong business development acumen
