Alliance Bank Central Texas is currently hiring for the following Full-Time position located in Waco, Texas :
Operations Center - Wire Transfers Department
Customer Service Representative - Wire Desk
Applicants should be able to complete the following duties in a competent and reliable manner :
- Process incoming and outgoing wires, including international wires
- Experience with MS Office, Excel Spreadsheets
- Understanding of policies and procedures (BSA,OFAC)
- Review and process remote check deposit transactions (CCX)
- Manage internet and email inquiries
- Daily / Month-end reconcilement of GL / DDA Accounts
- Create reconcilement reports for Controller
- Filing and scanning
- Able to provide back-up response in a Customer Service team environment
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
Requirements for this position :
Previous Wire Desk experience
Previous Customer Service experience
Team Player with good intradepartmental communication skills that can also work independently
Able to adapt to new technology, changes in policies and procedures
Understanding of importance of deadlines, practices good time-management
Able to work under pressure and under reduced timelines
Detail orientated, well organized
