Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Associate. As a Client Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. This position requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. 15-30 hours per week.

Duties:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Utilize CRM system to track client interactions, update account information, and generate reports
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of services
- Assist with account management tasks, such as onboarding new clients and conducting regular check-ins

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or account management roles is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data
- Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
