Parts Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Parts Manager to oversee our parts department efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, automotive diagnostics, and warehouse management. Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory levels and order parts as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with parts inquiries and orders
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to identify and source correct parts for customers
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with vendors to source parts not in stock
- Fabricate or repair parts when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions using data entry systems
- Manage the warehouse, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Perform equipment repairs as needed

Requirements:

-Must have a minimum of 2 years Automotive Parts Experience

- Proven experience in automotive diagnostics and parts management
- Strong knowledge of sourcing parts and inventory control
- Ability to fabricate or repair parts is a plus
- Proficiency in data entry and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
- Prior experience in warehouse management is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
