Job Summary

$22.50 per hour

Full-time, non-exempt (hourly) role

1 year experience preferred

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to include greeting and qualifying prospective residents, conducting community tours, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks preparing the lease and move-in package, and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
• Uses community management software application (RealPage) to track availability, record traffic, and leasing activities, manage resident and future resident’s data, and capture critical demographic and other information about existing and future residents.
• Ensures daily standards, marketing goals, and leasing tours, communicating maintenance and upkeep needs to the maintenance team, review prepared models and amenities, and reviewing the leasing office daily activities.
• Additional task or duties assigned by supervisor as needed.

• Strong customer service skills. Taking the extra steps in assuring a sense of community for residents. Building successful relationships within our community.
• Sales and marketing finesse. Using your connections and recommendations to drive the leasing department’s performance. Creating excitement through successful campaigns, ongoing outreach, and social media enthusiasm.
• Follow-through. Understanding our prospective residents needs and feedback finding the ideal floor plan for your new prospects.
