The position of Production Assistant works under thesupervision of the Plant Manager and as part of the production team to provideadministrative support to the Production/Facility to ensure quality of theproduct built and delivery is completed according to customer agreedrequirements.

DUTIES

• General administrative and clerical tasks requested by team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
• Answer queries and communications through phone or email.
• Handle paperwork related to production.
• Review work orders to ensure the production orders are complete.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking materials used in production and ordering new supplies as needed.
• Review and verify finished goods.

SKILLS

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven and motivated
• Organized, detail and results oriented.
• Ability to prioritize and handle numerous issues simultaneously.
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)

EXPERIENCE

• Administrative experience in working with production, purchase order, billing and more.
