Allegria Village is looking for a **SECOND SHIFT** Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Skilled Nursing team
MUST have min of 1 year Skilled Nursing (SNF) experience
Pay will be discussed during the interview
Duties to include but not limited to:
1. Works with the Director of Nursing (DON) to determine the optimal allocation of staff.
2. Coordinator the care of the residents
3. Is aware of the day-to-day issues and concerns in the department and with the residents.
4. Notified the DON and/or Long-Term Nursing Administrator (LNHA) or urgent concerns. Keep DON informed of the needs and problems on the unit.
5. Can receive employee, resident and family concerns and grievances. Refers information to the DON.
6. Assists in investigating and completing risk assessments and infections.
