PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Responsible for census growth, program implementation and all marketing efforts.
Conduct tours of facility with all potential clients, family members and referral sources.
Establish and maintain professional relationship with area hospital Discharge Planner/Social Workers, Case Managers and Physicians
Maintain effective referral source communication system.
Main and continually build data base of referral sources.
Work closely with Administration and Social Services departments to prevent and resolve client/family issues in a timely manner.
Assist Management in the development of new service lines which enhance occupancy.
Assist in the development and implementation of marking programs to maximize census.
Actively participate in department head meetings.
Responsible for tracking referrals, admissions, and denials on daily log
Communicate any special needs with appropriate personnel prior to admission.
Ensure that all necessary provisions have been made and all pertinent information conveyed prior to a resident being admitted.
Communicate with Administrator daily on referrals, RTA patients, and track denial trends.
Ensuring quick response time to referrals and working closely with admission director on acceptance/denials
Must attend monthly marketing meetings.
Customer service expectations such as 72-hour follow-ups, google reviews, tracking, etc.
Must meet monthly goals set for facility.
Effectively manage territory and track trends and growth.
Responsible for key facility metrics such as ADC, occupancy rate, and payor mix
Reports directly to Administrator but works closely with all facility departments and sister facilities
