AllCare Primary and Immediate Care has grown into a trusted provider of comprehensive healthcare services with over 30 locations across Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, and Georgia. We are committed to continuous expansion and are proud to bring convenient access to high-quality primary care to communities in need.

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and goal-oriented Practice Manager to join the team! This position will oversee 3 clinics in the Columbia, MD region. This position will require travel 90% of the time or more to all clinics in the assigned region. This position will have operational oversight for all non-provider staff ensuring all patients receive high-quality and efficient care.

The Practice Manager will report to a Regional Manager of Operations and our VP of Operations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provides management, guidance, and training to Medical Assistants and all clinical non-provider staff. Fills in for staff as needed to ensure business continuity.

· Builds a high performing team ensuring employees are engaged, challenged and efficient in carrying out job responsibilities.

· Interviews, hires, and onboards team members.

· Assists in obtaining staffing coverage and schedule creation.

· Monitors compliance with all clinical policies, procedures, and training programs.

· Performance management including coaching/counseling and delivering corrective action.

· Ensures proper supply and inventory levels, including weekly supply ordering of office and medical supplies.

· Completes weekly site visits; addresses any issues with confidentiality and discretion.

· Assists AllCare leadership in planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring quality control and quality assessments.

· Partners with Physicians and APPs to assist with day-to-day operations and needs.

What we are looking for:

· 3 years of healthcare management experience is required.

· Medical Assistant or clinical background preferred.

· Proven leadership experience with the ability to supervise, motivate and develop a team.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to seek input from team members and follow through on commitments.

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and evolving environment while being resilient and flexible.

· Working knowledge of payroll and scheduling.

· Strong computer skills – Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

· Possess a general knowledge of Electronic Medical Record systems (EMR).

· Understanding of HIPAA, OSHA and other state/federal healthcare requirements and regulations.
