Responsibilities
- Receive orders for shipment and schedule appropriate trucks to fulfill it using internal and external partners.
- Keep track of progress of trucks
- Receive inquiries and complaints about driver, truck or project and work to resolve the issues
- Produce Schedules in a way that will minimize cost and use the best route for each project
- Chart routes and modify routes as needed
- Ensure timely response to customer needs
- Answer questions regarding the availability of trucks and the appropriate haul rate
- Maintain a friendly relationship with drivers and customers

Qualifications:- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction/transportation industry.
- 1-3 years’ experience in service writing and providing admin support to fleet services.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Advanced Degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or Accounting preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must possess excellent communication (written/verbal) and time management skills.
- Must be self-motivated and have strong critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Capable of providing strong financial leadership to the project teams.
