A beautiful long term care facility in Cumberland County/Franklin County PA is looking to hire a new FSD (Food Service Director) to oversee all Dietary operations of the facility. The FSD should be hard-working and someone who steadily developed their managerial and administrative skills. Being efficient, dedicated, a good listener and a problem-solver is what will open our door for you.
Director of Food Service Benefits:
- $65,000 - $75,000 salary

Director of Food Service Responsibilities:
- Work with Dietitian and Administrator in planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility
- To assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and that the dietary department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
- Delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
Requirements:
- Food Service within Nursing Home and/or Hospital experience required!!
- ServSafe certified
- CDM Preferred
