We are looking for a responsible Customer Service Assistant to provide personalized administrative and support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks.

Requirements:

• Detail Orientated
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Discretion and confidentiality
• All aspects of order handling, order processing, and shipping.
• Handle claims submitted by customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate pickups with freight carriers
• Following up on transfers, backorders, etc. with suppliers.
• Handle and follow up on PO's with Vendors
• Update customers on order status.
• Spanish and English is a must
• Salary will be discuss during interview process
