We, at All The Way Gutter Protection and Roofing, are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Canvasser. As a Canvasser, you will play a crucial role in our organization by engaging with potential customers and promoting our products or services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong communication and sales skills.

Job Description:

• Conduct door-to-door canvasing of neighborhoods to set qualified appointments for free home project inspections or estimates.
• Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information about our products or services and answer any questions
• Collect customer information and schedule free project estimates accurately
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required

Paid Training: Will provide paid training, when hired, to teach canvassers about our products, services and strategies. Advancement opportunities available.

Compensation: Earn $150 for every qualified appointment set; additional bonuses may apply. NO maximum on how much can be earned!

Experience and Skills:

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to negotiate and persuade potential customers effectively
• Familiarity with market trends and competition in the industry is a plus
• Maintain accurate records of canvassing activities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; Be self-disciplined
