Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Caterer/Server to join our team. As a Caterer/Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Set up and arrange tables, chairs, linens, and decorations for events
- Assist with food preparation and presentation
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Clear tables and clean up after events
- Assist with event coordination and ensure smooth operations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or the food industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Knowledge of catering procedures and practices is a plus
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well within a team
