Job Overview:
As a Recruitment and Sales Coordinator at All Team Staffing, you will play a crucial role in both the recruitment process and sales efforts of the company. You will be responsible for conducting applicant orientations, managing recruitment activities, engaging in sales calls, and meeting with potential clients to secure new business opportunities. This position requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively balance recruitment and sales responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct applicant orientations to introduce them to the company's policies, procedures, and job requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of applicant information and recruitment activities.
- Conduct sales calls to prospects to promote company services and secure new business opportunities.
-Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify potential clients through market research and networking efforts.
- Meet with potential clients in the field to present company offerings, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Receive financial appreciation for every successful sale made to a new client, incentivizing proactive sales efforts and business development.
Experience:
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets or recruitment goals.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software is advantageous.
- Experience with cold calling and HR sourcing techniques is a plus
- Ability to conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis
