We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Description:
The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing a variety of work including the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds in assigned area(s). Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Qualifications/Certifications:
Previous maintenance experience preferred. Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks. Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
