As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations. - Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly
- Supervise and train staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Handle cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers
- Conduct interviews and assist in the recruitment process for new hires
- Assist in creating work schedules and managing employee shifts
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement effective store policies and procedures
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
