Position Details:
Title: Production Supervisor
Location: New Albany, NY
Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 am start time with variable end time depending on production needs
Compensation: $60K - $80K annually (depending on experience)
Benefits: a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life and Disability Insurance, as well as 2 weeks PTO, 56 sick hours, and paid holidays.
Position Description | Production Supervisor
As the Production Supervisor, you will manage and oversee a specific department and team within the production process. This will include, but is not limited to:
- the team’s activities to accomplish the established production and safety goals.
- and inspecting the team’s output to ensure quality and accuracy.

- and coach associates to follow and maintain production SOPs.
- for maintaining high employee morale and positive relationships.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate has a degree or continuing education certifications as well as 2 years’ experience supervising others in a production/manufacturing setting. You should also be skilled in developing, communicating, and maintaining positive interpersonal relationships with employees as well as all levels of management. Solid computer skills, to include data entry, Excel, and Word are also critical to success in this role as well as the demonstrated ability to solve problems in a practical, methodical way while preserving sense of urgency.
This position is a steppingstone to one day move into the Plant Manager role.
