Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and servicing our commercial insurance clients. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for commercial clients, maintaining strong client relationships. Assess client needs, analyze insurance policies, and provide expert guidance to ensure proper coverage. Prepare and present insurance proposals and recommendations to clients. Monitor policy renewals and manage the renewal process, including securing necessary underwriting data. Handle client inquiries, claims, and policy changes efficiently. Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and rates. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and relevant regulations. Provide exceptional customer service and promptly resolve client concerns. Requirements: Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager in the insurance industry. Valid California Property/Casualty license Excellent knowledge of commercial insurance products and policies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
