All Saints HealthCare is searching for a Bachelor degree social worker for a busy adult and pediatric respiratory facility. The qualified social worker will have experience in working with responsible parties, families and residents. The social worker will interact with facility internal departments and state agencies as needed. Dynamic environment with special residents who are ventilator and tracheostomy dependent. Primary role is to assist residents and responsible parties with insurance matters, Medi-Cal office applications and re determinations and DPSS office matters. Prior experience with Medi-Cal aid codes and applications and redeterminations a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.50 - $23.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
