Job Title: Experienced Drywall Estimator - NYC
Position: Drywall Estimator
Location: NYC (5 Boroughs)
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000
Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO,
Experience: 5 years in commercial projects
Software: OnScreen Takeoff or Procore Software
Preferred Candidates: Within 25 miles of Manhattan, Nassau, Suffolk
Bonuses: Mid-year and end-of-year based on KPIs

Responsibilities that Ignite Your Passion:
- Estimate costs for commercial drywall projects, from the streets of Brooklyn to the skyscrapers of Manhattan.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team on high-profile commercial projects, leaving your mark on the city's landscape.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best deals for materials, ensuring project success.
- Proven experience as a Drywall Estimator, bringing your expertise to the heartbeat of NYC.
- Review and analyze Architectural plans and shop drawings for correlation with design intent
- Read and understand construction documents (i.e. blueprints), specifications, scope of work, and leveling.
- Create take-offs and pricing including materials from architectural drawings.
- 5 years of specialized experience in commercial projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction practices, materials, and industry trends.
- Strong negotiation skills, ensuring we get the best bang for our buck in the bustling city market.
- Proficiency in OnScreen Takeoff or Procore Software.
