We are seeking a Clinical Director at our DFW (Keller), Tx. Location!

Broad Statement of Responsibilities: The Clinical director is responsible for the leadership and oversight of the Clinical Department at All Points North- DFW. The Clinical Director manages all administrative, operational and organizational aspects of the clinical department. This position grows and develops the clinical team while ensuring the quality of clinical services for all services provided. The Director maintains standards of excellence and fosters an atmosphere of continuous improvement in the delivery of behavioral health services. Works as part of an interdisciplinary team to offer best practice services and establish APN as an industry leader in clinical care.
Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • AED and CPR Certification
  • Holds a current, unencumbered Texas license such as LMSW, LPC, LMFT to provide clinical services.
Education: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psy.D in Clinical or Counseling Psychology preferred
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Clinical Director or Program Director experience, at least 3 years working in a mental health and/or substance use disorder setting, ability to work onsite full-time Monday-Friday at our Keller, TX facility.
Special Skills & Knowledge: Candidates should have the following skills and attributes: must be able to work and communicate well with people; be adaptable and accept changes quickly and easily; be willing to address conflict appropriately. Basic computer skills are required with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based products knowledge a bonus.

  • Routine mobility includes standing, stooping, bending, lifting, walking and running.
  • Regularly required to sit and work at a phone/computer workstation
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
Materials & Equipment: Copy machine, Multi-line telephone, Computer, Various software packages, computer aided therapies

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, appropriate references, and transcript from an accredited university.

Position Duties and Responsibilities – Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provides direct care to address client issues, cover for scheduling and ratio needs, and provide supplemental therapeutic services (EMDR and other specialty modalities) in individual and group format
  • Intervenes directly with clients in treatment team meetings and other clinical interventions as appropriate
  • Participates in admissions decisions to determine goodness-of-fit for the clinical program, contact with referents and other parties, continuing care, aftercare planning, and overseeing daily on-site programming
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, progressive disincline, and termination for clinical positions
  • Orient and train new leadership to assigned roles and duties
  • Provide oversight and complete performance evaluations
  • Provide clinical supervision as needed to therapists and counselors
  • Leads trainings and professional development initiatives to improve the quality of clinical services
  • Facilitates regularly scheduled multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to ensure quality of care
  • Produces timely and accurate information to communicate with executive leaders and department heads about client needs, satisfaction, outcomes, etc.
  • Works with the leadership and compliance teams to achieve full compliance and certification
  • Manages the timely and accurate completion of clinical documentation for all clinical staff
  • Provide leadership and direction for the behavioral health and clinical management treatment teams
  • Manages all administrative, operational, and organizational aspects of the clinical department
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 Exempt
