Position: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
Position Summary:
Here at ABA Enhancement as a BCBA you are to oversee a caseload of children with Autism or other related diagnosis. You are also to ensure that the program management and behavior intervention is developed and being run accurately. The BCBA will support Clinical Supervisors (Student Analysts) in developing program goals and modifying behavior plans as needed. Overseeing our Behavior Technicians and Clinical Supervisors by providing trainings and case management. Essential components of this position are listed below but are subject to change at the discretion of management. This job description describes essential job functions, but does not provide an exhaustive list of duties that may be assigned.
Please note that this position requires a valid BCBA certification. Experience working with children with on the spectrum is preferred.
Experience Required:
-Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
-LBA experience required and license required
-1 year of experience working in the field of Autism
-1 year of experience as a Clinical Supervisor
-Previous experience with report writing
-Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills
Responsibilities and duties:
● Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation that is compliant with HIPPA.
● Clinical oversight of behavior programs
● Complete intake packets and FBA’s
● Evaluates services every 6 months for each client
● Ensures quality of service
● Provides Parent trainings
● Provides support to LBT and BT’s in the field
● Participates in ongoing trainings, in-services, professional development sessions, and any other general meetings as needed.
● Any other additional task relevant to a BCBA position
SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation procedures and tools
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to developmental disabilities and autism
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
- Understanding of special education laws and regulations
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
- Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques
- Ability to work effectively with children and their families
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
