Description

All Pieces Fit is looking for a job recruiter with experience in talent sourcing, attracting, and hiring employees that meet our company needs. The ideal recruiter will seek quality talent by engaging with potential candidates through conversation but also by reviewing their documentation to sort through and identify the most appropriate candidates to move forward through the interview process. Recruiters should have strong people skills and the ability to synthesize information quickly and efficiently. Recruiters should also develop relationships with other recruiters or agencies that can support their recruiting skills and expand their platform and connection to candidates. 

JOB DUTIES 

· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, and professionalism

· Develop and implement a successful recruiting strategy

· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.

· Screen candidates, resumes and job applications to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes

· Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

· Conduct Interviews

· Enter new hires into HRIS system

· Onboard new hires

· Promote company's reputation as best place to work

· Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 

· Proficient in operating office machines such as printer, fax, copier, etc. 

· Must practice confidentiality, empathy, integrity and objectivity 

· Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records 

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements

· Associates or Bachelors in Business Administration or related field 

· 1-2 years developing and leading campaigns and 2 Years work experience as a Recruiter
