Job Description:
As an Assistant Spa Manager at All Is Well Holistic Spa, you will play a vital role in supporting our Spa Manager in daily operations. This position requires an individual who is skilled in multitasking, has excellent interpersonal skills, and is committed to providing high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and overseeing daily spa operations.
• Ensure a high standard of service and a consistent client experience.
• Assist in staff training and development.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and record-keeping.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Address and resolve client concerns and feedback.
• Collaborate with the Spa Manager in marketing and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a spa or wellness center, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks, including use of computer systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of spa services and products.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
