Requirements and Qualifications

• Overseeing accounts and interacting with clients on the phone and email correspondences, providing questions and answers, on time percentages and quoting, must be a strong decision maker when on phone calls with customers.
• Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities or related field
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Lotus notes, and Excel)
• Must be a good decision maker on the phone
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Welcome visitors and providing assistance as needed
• Monitor and maintain office equipment; inventory supplies and order replacement supplies as needed
• Create, update, and maintain personnel records, financial records, and other records/data
• Assist with bookkeeping
• Support department managers, staff,
• Organize conference room scheduling, equipment, and cleaning
• Coordinate building and maintenance issues for general repair and updates
• Organize special functions and social events
• Monitor incoming and outgoing mail; receive and sign for mail/packages from couriers and deliver to proper recipient
• Prepare correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials
• Assist other departments with administrative or clerical support
