Job Description: As a Real Estate Disposition Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our success by effectively marketing, negotiating, and selling properties within designated timelines. Working closely with our Director of Marketing and Disposition, you'll employ various communication channels to engage potential buyers, showcasing properties, and facilitating successful transactions. Your ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and drive sales will be crucial in maximizing revenue and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Cultivate relationships with prospects and clients to drive sales and overcome objections.
Promptly respond to leads via email, text, and phone to propel business forward.
Execute marketing strategies to promote properties effectively.
Monitor property status throughout the sales process, coordinating with the sales team as needed.
Collaborate with the team to devise pricing strategies for optimal profitability.
Develop strong relationships with investor buyers to maximize revenue.
Provide regular sales activity reports and contribute to improvement initiatives.
Maintain detailed records in the company CRM and assist with miscellaneous projects as needed.
Attend real estate networking events regularly to expand professional connections.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated passion for sales with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Results-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed financially.
Well-presented, detail-oriented, and capable of building long-term relationships.
Previous real estate experience is highly preferred, including experience with title, mortgage loan processing, or related roles.
Motivated, hardworking, and proactive.
Being organized and detail-oriented is a must.

Compensation:

Competitive base salary with a lucrative commission structure, enabling earnings over $100,000 per year
