All Green Site Management is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Rock Island, IL

We are a highly-rated outdoor service company in the area seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional customer service, managing employee schedules, handling payroll, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Prepare and provide quotes to customers as needed.
  • Manage employee schedules, including time-off requests, vacation scheduling, and shift changes.
  • Process payroll and handle related administrative tasks such as tracking employee hours, vacation time, and sick days.
  • Assist in the hiring process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage employee files and ensure all paperwork is up-to-date and filed appropriately.
  • Maintain office inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns with tact and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and employee management.
