```Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for small dry wall repairs, painting, trim work, and carpentry. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with homeowners
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Identify and troubleshoot technical problems or issues that arise during construction activities, and collaborate with a project manager to develop solutions
- Communicate regularly with project managers and general manager
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain accurate records of test results, inspection reports, and other documentation related to construction activities for future reference and regulatory compliance.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or a related field
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and protocols
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
- Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with other construction professionals.

Requirements:

-Clocking in and out for your scheduled work shift
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment as needed
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
