All Care is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist Near Lynn, MA

All Care has a full-time position available for a Recruiter. Come work for one of the largest nonprofit home health agencies in Massachusetts serving the community since 1911!

This position is Monday thru Friday from 9am-5pm out of our Lynn office (in person job, with 1 remote day/week).

Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, job posting, screening and hiring of all applicants.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Outreaches to applicants on various recruitment platforms
  • Interviews and screens all applicants including reference and CORI checks
  • Fills all open positions in a timely manner
  • Coordinates and advertises for open positions
  • Ensures all recruitment/hiring documentation is complete

Previous recruiting experience is preferred.
