New York Yankees Baseball Summer Camp is five days of baseball instruction and competition within our custom-built curriculum for all children ages 5-13. We are looking for a Site Leader, as head of our on-site leadership team, to be directly responsible for top-notch implementation of the day-to-day operations of camp, manage a team of 10 coordinators and coaches, and inspire hundreds of Yankees’ campers to unlock their personal best each and every day. We provide the training, baseball curriculum & daily camp schedules along with all equipment for a successful camp but need you to bring camp to life with your enthusiasm, leadership and dedication.

Additional Camp Information

• Time Commitment: Available for pre-camp trainings and all weeks of programming.
• Camp Dates & Locations: June 17th – August 16th, no camp the week of July 1st.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:15 am-4:00 pm.
• Comp: $24 / hour with up to 3.75 hours of overtime expected per week paid at $36/hour.

• Manage camp for campers & staff, working to ensure smooth day to day operations, spearhead problem solving and act as liaison between Headquarters and site, when needed.

• Ability to engage with children, build rapport, and create a supportive atmosphere.
