All American Insurance, Inc is Hiring a Commercial Insurance Account Manager Near Meridian, ID

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of insurance accounts. This role requires strong customer service skills, as well as the ability to analyze insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Conduct thorough insurance assessments to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate policies
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate policy terms, premiums, and coverage enhancements
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Prepare quotes and proposals for new business opportunities
- No telemarketing required
- No claims experience required
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with company policies using Vertafore AMS360 and Office365 products

Skills:
- Proven experience in the insurance industry
- Knowlege in various types of insurance coverage
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Bilingual proficiency in English and is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships

-Current Property and Casualty License in the State of Idaho
