We are seeking an energetic, driven leader for our assisted living and memory care community. If you are a sales Director with a desire to work for a great company, catering to the needs of Seniors, please apply for the Director of Community Relations at All American at Hillsborough.
Creative sales and marketing skills with a hospitality driven mindset is a must! You will be responsible for census growth by engaging and engrossing the brand in the Hillsborough and greater community while cultivating and developing relationships within the professional network.
Our company provides Assisted Living and Memory Care services to the aging population. It is our mission to provide quality care and deliver superior customer service to Seniors and their families in a community, homelike environment. In this role, you will educate and advocate on behalf of the greatest generation about the services and value of our community, together with building personal relationships with seniors and their families.
Candidates must possess the proven leadership, decision-making and communication skills to perform on the goals, policies and procedures of the Community. Prior experience in maintaining an Assisted Living with high occupancy is necessary.
This is a hands-on, team-oriented position, reporting directly to the Executive Director.
We offer a compensation package commensurate with your experience, including community bonus, health care and PTO. No relocation reimbursement.
