All About Kids of Montgomery is seeking caring, energetic, and responsible teachers for our Infant and Toddler programs, caring for children aged 4-5yrs old The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children to encourage their development through our play-based educational philosophy.

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
• Work in all age groups serviced by the center on an as-needed basis.
• Assist lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and daily activities.
• Engage children in child-centered, developmentally appropriate activities
• Serve and clean up after meals.
• Maintain professional communication with parents.
• Make sure the classroom is age-appropriate and fun! Keep classroom neat and orderly.
• Be familiar with company policies and Ohio licensing rules.
• Physical requirements: Must be able to lift 30 lbs., sit on the floor for interaction with children, be active on the playground, and be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must maintain annual training requirements including: professional development, CPR/First Aid, Communicable Diseases, and Child Abuse Prevention.
• Close classroom at the end of the night. Duties include, but are not limited to: sweeping & mopping floors, disinfecting toys and table surfaces, vacuum carpets, cleaning windows, and organizing the classroom.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (Required)
• Child Development Associate (Preferred)
• Clean FBI/BCI background check
• Reliable transportation
