- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and managing the store team
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in hiring, training, and developing store staff
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including stock replenishment and product displays
- Monitor merchandise that sells quickly and merchandise that sells poorly
- Implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and maximize profitability
