JobSummary

This position is for anentrylevel support staff in Insurance Underwriting who under closesupervision performs routine tasks such as reviewingcorrespondences and records for processing filing all documentselectronically reviewing inspections and general mail roomprocesses including folding outgoing mail and logging and scanningincomingmail.

Responsibilities :

• Reviewcorrespondences and records for processing ensuring accuracy andcompleteness.
• File all documents electronicallymaintaining organized and accessiblerecords.
• Review inspections and other documentsassisting underwriters in assessing riskfactors.
• Handle general mail room processesincluding folding outgoing mail and logging and scanning incomingmail.
• Embrace opportunities for learning andgrowth seeking feedback and actively participating in trainingprograms.

Qualifications :

• Highschool diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in a related fieldpreferred.
• Previousexperience in an administrative role or internship in insurance orfinancial services is a plus.
• Strong attentionto detail and a passion for accuracy in alltasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite(Word Excel Outlook) and ability to learn new softwarequickly.
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize taskseffectively.
• Strong written and verbalcommunication skills with a professionaldemeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpacedenvironment and work collaboratively as part of ateam.

Musthave :

• Experiencemanaging electronic filing systems handling mail room processes andprioritizing tasks effectively demand strong organizationalskills.
• Basic computer skills includingfamiliarity with Microsoft Office applications and electronicfiling systems are essential for thisrole.
