AliveCor is Hiring a Senior Financial Analyst Near Mountain View, CA
- Build and maintain a dynamic excel model with income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statements for long-range planning.
- Develop a business case for all new material deals and transactions.
- Perform monthly deep dive on subscriber metrics and provide insights to management on growth opportunities.
- Perform pricing analysis through benchmarking to optimize revenue growth.
- Provide modeling and financial support to Sales teams.
- Review sales contracts and model out specific deals for business justification
- Ownership of key performance metrics for the company
- Work with CFO to raise capital to support growth expansion plans.
- Manage virtual data room and due diligence process with potential investors.
- Perform quarterly market analysis to understand valuation multiples for similar companies.
- Provide quarterly financials and commentary to all AliveCor investors.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or economics.
- Minimum 3 years of investment banking or management consulting experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
