This position is responsible for monitoring customer’s security, fire, and other integrated systems. The Alarm Monitoring Operator position is responsible for verifying alarm system activations and responding in an appropriate manner with exceptional customer service top of mind in each interaction! The work as an Alarm Monitoring Operator is relatively diverse in nature. Although there are routine and repetitive tasks, the high degree of complexity related to the essential functions require flexibility and the ability to integrate new and varied information continuously.
