Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in the advanced analytics space. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, a good understanding of data science, natural language processing and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing data, generating insights and translating findings into requirements. Your communication and documentation skills will be vital in creating comprehensive documents for team members to understand and build the right solution.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document customer requirements.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets using advanced analytical techniques.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to drive business decision-making and strategy formulation.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets using advanced analytical techniques.
• Work closely with data scientists and other team members to develop advanced AI solutions including predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and NLP algorithms.
• Participate in the design and implementation of AI projects to solve complex business problems.
• Create well-structured and engaging content for reports, presentations, and other documentation.
• Translate technical findings into easily understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to various stakeholders, including management, clients, and internal teams.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Verify and validate data integrity and accuracy to ensure the reliability of analytical results.
• Conduct testing and validation of analytical models to assess their performance and effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Supply chain or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.
• Experience in developing and implementing predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Proficiency in content writing, report creation, and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on data science projects.
