Align is an engineering consulting firm in Indiana with an emphasis on municipal infrastructure, transportation, aviation, and parks/recreation. We provide multi-disciplined services for a variety of public agencies and private entities, including INDOT, cities, counties, developers, and not-for-profit organizations. For over 60 years we have helped develop stronger communities through our engineering, land surveying, and construction inspection services.
Who are we looking for?
We are searching for a motivated team player who is looking for a technically challenging career without the physical constraints of a traditional desk job. In this role, you will travel to a variety of job sites and help execute land surveys for the development of new roads, neighborhoods, municipal infrastructure, parks, trails, and other community projects. The Survey Field Technician position is also a stepping stone to becoming a Survey Crew Chief.
