OB DESCRIPTION: To perform general maintenance work to include plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, HVAC, and other associated maintenance responsibilities. Complete maintenance projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Semi-skilled worker’s abilities, including the ability to lift, bend, and work on ladders and in unusual positions necessary to perform general maintenance work. At least two years experience in general maintenance work. Valid Arizona driver’s license. Certification in one or more skilled trade preferred, but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALARY: Twelve-month position, beginning salary Level 34, employee benefits in accordance with Board policies.
EVALUATION: Performance to be evaluated in accordance with Board Policy on the evaluation of support personnel.
