Job Title: Facilities Resourcing Assistant FWS/NFWS Position Summary/Purpose Performs administrative activities related to data collection, inventory, maintenance and management of data for department expenses. Collects, reviews, confirms and inputs receipts for purchases. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities/Essential Functions:
Maintain department vendor list and sources new vendors as necessary
Input and track inventory levels in the department
Maintain appropriate files of contracts, vendor quotes and provides information for authorizations as necessary
Receive receipts and inputs data ensuring proper coding for accounting purposes
Assist with audits, monitoring activity and usage patterns, identify unusual charge
Generate purchase requests with complete justification and multiple bids
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Superior telephone skills.
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Experience with Software database in a web-based environment
