As the Assistant Coordinator for Student Affairs and Careers, you will take a hands-on approach delivering direct support to student engagement initiatives and career services. Your base of operations will be in the Pioneer Student Union-a hub for activity and student programming on the Wellsville campus.
A typical day might start with opening/prepping the student union and holding appointments supporting career development. The middle of the day will be highly active and will involve interacting with students on break from classes, facilitating recreational activities, connecting students with wellness amenities, and running programs. Finally, you'll find the later part of the day may include 1-1 student appointments or walk in opportunities.
Overall, you'll find this ten-month position uniquely involved in providing meaningful direct support to student recreational activities, wellness programming, and career development & exploration activities.
