Summary:
We are looking for Sales Associates who can establish a long-term relationship with our customer while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example and provide the energy and positive attitude the team needs.
• Generate business in all capacities (Desk, BDC, Equity, Sales Follow up, Service Drive, etc).
• Strong Background and comfort with Finance and Special Finance opportunities.
• Oversee the process of appraising, reconditioning, wholesaling and merchandising used vehicle inventory.
• Maintain high CSI scores above company and district standards.
• Develop & supervise department managers and all dealership employees.
• Manage New & Used Inventory and ensure competitive Market based pricing approach.
• Evaluate Trades and purchasing decisions.
• Conduct Save-A-Deal Meetings daily with the team and weekly Managers meetings.
• Manage Cash Flow Opportunities & Incentives.

Qualifications:

• Previous dealership experience is a huge plus
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Have quality customer service skills
• Possess strong communication skills
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to submit and pass a drug screen prior to employment
