We are a leading company in the maritime industry, operating tuna purseiners out of South America. We are currently seeking a U.S. Licensed Master / Mate and Chief Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a class six purseiner, 1600 GT or higher. This role requires a high level of expertise, dedication, and a strong sense of responsibility. Responsibilities

• Operating a class six purseiner, 1600 GT or higher
• Ensuring the safety and security of the vessel and crew
• Complying with all maritime regulations and procedures
• Coordinating with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications

• U.S. Licensed Master / Mate and Chief Engineer
• STCW 95 REG II/1 or II/2 credentials
• Training in first aid, fire fight, and security
• GMDSS and ETP operator certificate
