Join Diamond Braces as a Billing Manager and take charge of ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our billing processes. You will play a pivotal role in managing the billing team, resolving complex billing issues, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to the seamless operation of our billing department, ultimately enhancing the patient experience and supporting our mission of providing accessible orthodontic care.
This role is In-Person/Hybrid based in our Englewood, NJ office.

Essential Functions

• Lead and oversee the billing team, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orthodontic billing submissions
• Develop a culture of excellence within the department by fostering professional growth and development through coaching and mentorship
• Enhance the patient experience by ensuring our commitment to Accessibility, Affordability, and Amazing Service is delivered through all patient interactions
• Resolve complex billing inquiries and discrepancies promptly, collaborating with providers, staff, and insurance companies as needed
• Engage directly with individual offices and insurer to address billing issues and discrepancies, correct and resubmit claims, and promptly escalate any compliance issues to the Compliance Committee
• Facilitate the implementation and communication of orthodontic codes and documentation guidelines for efficient data management
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and Coding Compliance standards
• Efficiently manage electronic records and paperwork, utilizing billing software systems as needed
• Efficiently collect, organize, and manage data from various sources, utilizing electronic records systems and office equipment, swiftly identifying errors and implementing corrective actions
• Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
