Alfa Dental Management is Hiring a Dentist FT Near Jacksonville, FL

We are a fast-paced, 100% FEE-FOR-SERVICE, North Florida dental organization focused on providing high quality comprehensive dental care to all patients. We are looking for a Dentist who is focused on providing highest quality dental care and embodies our Super GP practice model.

Our Dentist averaged $779k/year in income in 2022. Our offices are located in Jacksonville, Florida AND surrounding areas.


Responsibilities

  • Implant dentistry and/or comprehensive endo skills are highly desired.
  • Must be able to provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plan
  • Educate each patient and provide comprehensive treatment options that address chief complaints and comprehensive treatment needs
  • Provide quality patient care that is both ethical and productive
  • Must be empathetic and dedicated to the highest levels of customer service
  • Effectively communicate with highly trained administrative staff, dental assistants and hygienist to optimize patient care
  • Cross collaborates with other experienced team of professionals in the organization

Credentials

  • 2 years' experience as practicing dental provider (to include residency)
  • Degree from Accredited School of Dentistry
  • Current, unrestricted license Florida license
  • Valid DEA
  • Current and/or willing to be certified BLS, ACLS and PAL if performing sedation services

Provider Support

  • Highly trained staff to include hygienist, dental assistants, call center individuals and treatment coordinators
  • Continuing Education opportunities within and outside the organization
  • Fee for Service Organization (NO HMO, DHMO, Medicaid)
  • In-house laboratory
  • Centralized support for non-clinical functions
  • Established patient base with continuous growth
  • In-house advanced dentistry training and development
