Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator ( 1 Sales Experience required)

Join Alexandria Orthodontics as our Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator and play a vital role in transforming lives through beautiful smiles. We're looking for a dynamic individual with proven sales experience, preferably within the dental field, to seamlessly guide patients through their orthodontic journey from consultation to completion.

Our office is open from Tuesday - Thursday 11am-7pm, Fridays from 7am - 3 pm and Saturdays biweekly from 8am - 2 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Become the bridge between patients and doctor by clearly explaining treatment options, timelines and costs.
• Drive informed decisions using your persuasive communication skills and in-depth knowledge of orthodontics
• Negotiate payment plans and navigate insurance complexities, ensuring financial viability for each patient
• Foster positive relationships by providing exceptional costumer service with a warm, hospitable demeanor.
• Maintain a well-organized workflow by handling appointments, scheduling procedures, and tracking progress efficiently.
• Analyze patient concerns and proactively problem-solve using critical thinking and planning skills.
• Set and achieve goals to consistently exceed patient satisfaction and treatment plan adherence.
• Embrace our team spirit and collaborate effectively with doctor and staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably within the dental services industry.
• Professional demeanor with impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hospitality training or experience in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including active listening and critical thinking.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
• Ability to work our flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
