Our busy Cosmetic and Family dental practice is in need of a full time Treatment Coordinator to join our amazing team of women. Candidate must be ready to hit the ground running. We are patient focused and we love our jobs! Our ideal candidate must be confidant in presenting large cosmetic and restorative cases, knowledgeable about insurances, must be organized, have the drive for success, and believe that every problem has a solution. We want you to "OWN" your position. Dependability is key. This position requires you to help the patient understand their treatment and be able to help patients navigate the financial aspects of their plan. Follow-up is a must. Ability to code treatment plans and create alternative options if necessary. Dental assisting experience is a plus. Competitive salary based on experience and results.
